The location is near train stations. Numerous dining options are available on every street leading to Dotonbori. The shopping street is a short walk away. Staff members are helpful.

The air conditioner emitted dust, suggesting the filters need cleaning. This resulted in an unusual smell from the airflow.

The bathrooms are a good size and clean. Beds are comfortable for sleeping and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Rooms are large enough for three people and luggage.

intense scent inadequate soundproofing

my room had a significant issue i need to report. there was a persistent, strong, sweet scent in both the hallway and, worse, my room. the odor was so intense it gave me a headache and made me nauseous. the scent made it difficult to be in the room for long periods, as i am sensitive to smells. i also noticed the sound proofing was inadequate and i could hear hallway noise and voices clearly in my room, requiring me to be extra quiet.
